Job description

House Piling
Palmerston North

House is a early 1990 weatherboard clad house. It appears the front of the house has dropped leading to an inconsistent slope on the floor along the front of the house i.e it's created a slight ripple in some parts. The drop is inconsistent but less than 25mm. Access is currently very easy with approx 1m clearance along front of the house and the removal of a rotten deck has further increased access. Majority of piles are solid concrete and in good condition but others running along the front of the house appear to be a sleeve that was poured with concrete but these types seem worse for wear (see photos) After a quote to relevel front of house and possibly replace or increase number of piles (floor has some spring in it) dependant on assessment. Although flexible on time frame preference would be in the next 3-4 months.
