Connect piles to bearers in the subfloor

We are looking at a house to buy and the builders report has shown that the piles need to be tied to the beams. I also need someone to do a thorough assessment of the piles themselves to see if any need to be packed or redone. Looking for a quote please. The sooner the better :) Piles will need to be connected to the bearers in the subfloor by way of a stapled wire or something like that.
