Floor relevelling

Terrace End, Palmerston North

I have an old, large, loved villa that has areas of unlevel flooring. There are two rooms in particular (1 x bedroom, kitchen) that I would like to have relevelled. The subfloor height is low, not allowing access. Relevant flooring could be cut for access, if recommended. I suspect that raising the outside walls of both rooms may address the issues adequately, but don't have the knowledge, skills or access to equipment for such work. Other areas are less important, but would like to discuss.

Re-levelling

West End, Palmerston North

House has dropped at one end by around 20-50mm. Need this re-levelled. Have had a quote for 12,000 which states adding or replacing piles. The piles are concrete one has a timber wedge currently in. The house is between 1935 and 1939 villa.

Pile repair

Hey, We have just had a pre purchase inspection done on a house and the report raised an issue with a couple of piles (see attached). If possible, Im just after a rough estimate of how much to remedy this so we can go back to the vendors with it. then we would get you to complete work. Quote for unit fondation slab

Wanting a quote for ground prep work and a concrete slab for a portable home unit to be installed on in our backyard. Slab would be full length of back fence in photo coming out from fence about 5 metres. Tree and washing line pole would need to be removed also.

Subfloor piles & bearer

There is subsidence adjacent to some piles in the lounge area. Building Inspector recommended further investigation by a foundation specialist. There is also a bearer that has a section cut out of it. Needs replacing.

Deck foundation
