Shed foundation

I require a 3.0 m x 1.0m x 100mm slab for a garden shed. The ground is solid with an layer of 20mm top course in place. Slab to butt-up against hot water cylinder slab and house foundation (see attached photo). Please advise earliest available job execution. Thank you.
