Quote for structural work for selling house

Subfloor replace repair

The house was damaged by water and the chipboard subfloors start to chip and bow. Those bowed boards will need to be replaced. Not sure if the structures or frames under are okay. There is no rot or mould visible to the carpet and floor, but all the chipboard are soaked. I have roughly measured up the floor area. Creaky floor

I had this house built in 1990. About 20 years after, not too long after I had a large Kahikatea tree next to my house cut down, I noticed the floor in my dining room started creaking every time i walked over it. The roots of the tree had evidently spread under the house. I called a piling company who came and 'fixed it' for me. The creaking stopped. However, the creaking has started again.

(The part of the house that was built much later) The house is low to the ground and believe we would need to go through the floor.
