Repair the drain

My shower drain blocked by a big tree root. I think concrete needs to be cut and remove the root and the drain pipe must be laid. (we have plumber to do the plumbing job. I attached photos and sketch of the bathroom. Can you please suggest and give a quote. Thank you George
