Change toilet vinyl and home maintenance

The vinyl flooring of toilet room is needed to be changed. The flooring size is 85cm x 205 cm (see photos 1). The guide of sliding door is broken (see photos 2 and3). I already bought new sliding guide. Can you help install new guide? Opening the sliding door is little bit hard during to new carpet so the bottom of the door maybe need to cut little. The bottom door seal (see photo 4) is needed to be fixed to another door. Thank you Jasmine
