Floor damage repair + flooring install

A leak was discovered and it has caused some damage to the floor and vinyl. The floor is MDF and due to water damage it expanded. I’d like this floor to be replaced and the vinyl planking to be put in place again. In addition; I would like to extend the vinyl planking down the hallway to replace carpet. There may be further opportunity to do more work but it is of the essence that the floor gets fixed first
