New kitchen

I have a kitchen/dinning area that i am thinking of using the original floor boards once flooring cover is lifted. unsure of area but not huge. They will need to be sanded and coated. I think the wood is mati. I am happy to attempt to lift coverings myself to save money.

Lay vinyl slates in toilet

Lay owner supplied vinyl adhesive slates in toilet , had ago my self however I will just stick to being a "plumber" I will remove the slates I laid and I can remove toilet prior to new slates being installed . If the slates I have are no good I will be open to suggestions on getting some different ones. I may also need some sort of edging replaced around the bottom of the wall for the slates , you can look at this on a site visit. Room size 1750mm × 850mm

Restoring rimu floor boards in kitchen

We have pulled up old lino, and stripped glue off. Need a sander to finish and seal the floor - I think it is rimu or tawa. It is a very small kitchen/laundry area. My guess is approx 10sqm. There is one chipped section on one of the floor boards which will need attention (can it be filled with something?) and am including a photo of this as well.

New shop flooring

Remove old carpet and vinyl tiles. Shop size is about 11.7 x 3.7m. Looking for a dark wood look vinyl floor to be installed. Timeframe is very tight since I will need to close my shop to get the job done. Will need this around end of March.
