Cost was as stated, but as nobody else bid for the work there was no opportunity to compare to gauge value. I’ve never hired a welder for any job, so had nothing to go by in terms of vfm. The job took barely an hour for one person and cost $450, which is excessive, hence my low cost score. Otherwise happy that the job was done as requested and the contractor was very punctual and communicative. By contrast, I had two tilers regrout and reseal a shower and floor - 3x2 hrs, similar price

Johan and his team did an excellent job replacing about 75m of 1.8m wooden fencing on 3 sides of our boundary plus an old 33m long retaining wall. The original quote included recycling some retaining wall timber. However, on review the decision was made to use only new timber so an amended price was agreed. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and all work was completed in a professional and timely manner. Johan kept us updated at all times. I would gladly recommend Johan and his team.
