The scope of the works changed after the initial quote and Tom was very accomodating to update the quote Schedule - Issah construction exceeded expectations in delivering the works Communication - Regular updates, photos and calls before/during the project.

An amazing company been in business over 10 years have their own full time electrician on board for electrical work. They worked well together and got on with the job. A 7.2 meter wide by 1200 high gate. There preparation and removal of debris was impeccable. Had a slight problem on a Sunday after a major downfall. Rang them and they were here within a hour and fixed it. Highly recommend them.

Cost was as stated, but as nobody else bid for the work there was no opportunity to compare to gauge value. I’ve never hired a welder for any job, so had nothing to go by in terms of vfm. The job took barely an hour for one person and cost $450, which is excessive, hence my low cost score. Otherwise happy that the job was done as requested and the contractor was very punctual and communicative. By contrast, I had two tilers regrout and reseal a shower and floor - 3x2 hrs, similar price
