Need new fence.

our old fence has collapsed and is in need of a new one. it's on a very slight slope. we would like a standard 1.8m high timber fence with capping to travel over the top & fence post. no post caps.
things to consider:
- there are trees & hedges along the fence line.
- there is a large magnolia tree at the rear end.
- it's a boundary fence.
- there is water pipe & fibre line near fence line at the front end.
- approx 30m in length.
- we do not want the same style as the existing.
