Approx length, but subject to measurement, is 30.0 metres therefore best to quote per metre or visit site with arrangement?

Looking to build a new fence on the inside of an existing fence but offsetting the height 500mm to make it taller. Extend post height with 4x2 fixed to existing post, 3 new rails and then 1.8m palings. 500mm gap at the bottom under new palings will hidden by plants so not worried about that. We're looking for a relatively cheaper option, don't care if it's made out of metal pipes welded together or timber, just needs to be enough to keep strangers out.
