Fence Topper #2

Looking to build a 600mm high fence topper on top of existing paling fence. Just using 4x2 frame and 150x19mm palings to line up with existing. 16.5m of topper on the main fence and 1.5m on the smaller fence. There is an old topper on the fence now but I'll remove it before work starts - see photo.
