I bought my brand new home less than 5 months ago, and my fence is already coming apart, slowly rotting away, as well as slowly falling over in all directions. I desperately need some help! I will need a quote for the repairs, or a complete do over including decent materials, and a overall assessment of what has gone wrong, as I am taking this issue to my lawyer to be reimbursed to pay someone who actually knows what they are doing.
