Ceiling Fan install

We got downlights installed and the central light was removed year or so ago. We are wanting ceiling fan installed into the bedroom where the central light was. Change the single light switch to a double light switch (We will provide the double PDL light switch). New power cable will need to be run to fan from the light switch or wherever, (approx 2.5m along ceiling & 1.5m down the wall from light switch). 1920s bungalow, so decent attic room.

Renovated bathroom and lavatory

We are renovating a bathroom and toilet (separate rooms next to each other). 9 Lincoln Terrace rewiring

We have a late 1950s two storey house with a switchbox with wired fuses. Some powerpoints not working and some have plastic insulated wires which is failing. We would like a quote to update switchboard to circuit breakers and possibly rewire house with additional hotpoints. House is currently empty. We have no idea of the cost.

Wiring check, breaker tripped, suspect short

we have had a circut apparently short out, the breaker popped and if the button is pressed pops right back out, a second breaker gave same result even with all appliances unplugged. One of the double sockets does have a stuck (now broken) switch that will need replacing as well. I can work from home whatever day works for you to have a look if you have a electrician available.

Replacing a 60cm wall oven and replacing gas hob with induction cooktop

I am wanting to remove my existing 60 cm wall over and replace it with a new 60cm wall oven. There are two power outlets in the cupboard next to the oven - being used by the existing oven and extractor fan. These are not on an RCD connection. Also wanting to replace my gas hob (that is connected to a 9kg gas bottle) with an induction cooktop.
