Ceiling Fan install

We got downlights installed and the central light was removed year or so ago. We are wanting ceiling fan installed into the bedroom where the central light was. Change the single light switch to a double light switch (We will provide the double PDL light switch). New power cable will need to be run to fan from the light switch or wherever, (approx 2.5m along ceiling & 1.5m down the wall from light switch). 1920s bungalow, so decent attic room.
