Switchboard rewire

We're renovating kitchen/dining/hall etc. and existing 2 circuits (1 light, 1 power) of old kitchen is becoming 5 circuits (3 power, 1 light, 4mm for oven). Not much room left on the old switchboard (ceramic fuse blocks) for required MCBs + RCDs etc, so probably need to redo switch board (eg new surface mount switchboard, replace old ceramic fuses with MCBs etc.)

TV Wall Bracket installation

We are getting 38 new TV's installed at the motel, and we'll need most of them wall mounted. Most of them are currently on desks, but have previously been wall mounted therefore there is an existing wiring connection on the wall that has been covered by a white light switch type plate. Off the top of my head we'll need brackets fitted on the wall for 30 TV's plus 4 swivel brackets.
