Job 1) Recess light was installed above dining table but not aware linked to a dimmer switch and when light is on will flicker - Job 2) due to movement in insulation wiring too close to downlight and 'assume' has burnt through the cable to stop light working - replace/splice???

Caravan socket required for 16A portable EVSE

Bathroom extractor fan roof leak - cowl allowing rain through

I have a bathroom extractor fan roof penetration on a metal roof. During heavy wind-driven rain, water comes down through the extractor fan into the shower. It is damaging the ceiling around the fan. I'd like the roof penetration, cowl and flashing inspected and repaired. I'd also like the ceiling replastered/repaired, but have someone else who can do that if you're only keen to do the roofing aspect (just let me know). Photos attached. Ignore the sealant in the photos - decided against it!

Exhaust Fan Upgrade

We want to upgrade the exhaust fan in our main bathroom and move the intake from the middle of the room to right above the shower. We are thinking about going from standard to inline fan for more power and less noise, and pipe going from currently 120mm to 150mm.
