Kitchen extractor fan , and bathroom extractor fan

Hi I want to ask how much an extractor fan installation costs. We have 1 but was advised it just goes to roof space, how do we get it to outside? We got it installed when we moved in but has no idea it's supposed to go outside 😑

Happy that the job was done quickly, however there was a little dent on the flume which was supposed to be new. I was advised that this happened when the sticker was removed however it's a visible part of the vent so it's obvious. The rangehood and flume has gap in between which doesnt look right. I couldn't see this but my husband who is tall pointed it out. Enrique was happy to review the change that was requested but as we were on tight schedule had to forgo the change we wanted.
