installing an exhaust fan

I am looking for a skilled handyman to install a new exhaust fan in my bathroom. The current fan starts automatically three minutes after the bathroom light is turned on but is either not working properly or is too weak to effectively remove humidity and odors. The bathroom has no window, but there is an existing vent channel under the roof that leads to the outside terrace.
