Broken door frame

Aluminium door sticking and window pane replacement

Aluminium and glass door. Bottom corner away from hinge has been catching/ sticking since I lived in the house (5+ years). The bottom window shattered the other day. Looking for some one who can replace the glass but also fix the door so it doesn't break again. Broken pane is approx 59cm by 66cm

Front door leaf is loose and admitting water

New Aluminum Doors & Windows

The opening leaf of the double leaf aluminium front door is not shutting flush with the other leaf. It still locks but there is now about 5mm of overhang into the house at the bottom. This is getting worse and is now also admitting some water when it rains hard. I think it needs readjusting and maybe a new seal at the bottom. Thanks.

Ranch slider roller repair

Hi there, I have a number of old ranch sliders. 4 of the doors rollers are broken (they can be opened if forced) and my priority is to get opening perfectly again, they also need two new door handles. Internal cedar french door needs a locking and passage system fitted

We have the doors installed but need a way of closing them. The inside edges of the doors are quite narrow so not sure if a mortice would be able to be fitted and we would also need some kind of latch (preferably recessed). Also the frame would need finishing (see pic). Finally would need door handles (probably one passage and one dummy), happy for you to buy what is suitable once we agree on the style.
