Front door leaf is loose and admitting water

The opening leaf of the double leaf aluminium front door is not shutting flush with the other leaf. It still locks but there is now about 5mm of overhang into the house at the bottom. This is getting worse and is now also admitting some water when it rains hard. I think it needs readjusting and maybe a new seal at the bottom. Thanks.
