Door Install

New Timber Windows & Doors

We have a 2 year old GJ Gardner home and require a new internal door to be installed to seperate the main living area from the hallway/bedrooms. You will need to frame door/bulkhead, install 720mm (or larger if possible) solid core door, gib and possibly plaster, architrave & source/install schlage door hardware (image below). Workmanship and finishing needs to be top notch to fit with the rest of the home, and we will require evidence/references for similar work. We would like this done...

Bifold door

We have had our BiFold door seen to on two occassions by a different company and we are still having issues with it. We had the latches replaced a month or so ago and now the door will not open at all. It seems like there is an issue with the lock.We want to try someone else to see if it can be fixed once and for all please.Sorry I forgot to say that these are aluminium framed doors.

Supply and install french doors.

We have an external window we need replaced with french doors. This quote needs to be for the supply of the french doors (two standard aluminium french doors, karaka green to match the rest of our joinery), and then the install of these doors. The current window is 1960 high by 1800 wide. I am not overly concerned about the size of the doors, but am after what will be the most cost effective option i.e. will it be easier / cheaper to have the doors smaller or larger than the current window gap....

Door & window joinery repair

Rear door is hung poorly and we want to replace for better insulation and privacy. Door is currently 80cm x 195cm. Joinery at bottom door is rotten and needs replacement. Gib above door was damaged due to a roof leak that's been repaired and would like fixed as part of job. Also need rotten sill and damaged gib below window in bedroom repaired. Will consider replacing window with double glazed one if it's within the budget. Window is 122cm x 180cm wide. Can send photos.

Replace front door

I have a cedar front door which I would like to replace with a door with glass in it to let some light into my lounge. I have found a 2nd hand door at the Buyers Demolition on the Old Albany Highway. I would need to have it checked out that it will fit then have it brought up to my place at Red Beach and fitted into the doorway.
