Door & window joinery repair

Rear door is hung poorly and we want to replace for better insulation and privacy. Door is currently 80cm x 195cm. Joinery at bottom door is rotten and needs replacement. Gib above door was damaged due to a roof leak that's been repaired and would like fixed as part of job. Also need rotten sill and damaged gib below window in bedroom repaired. Will consider replacing window with double glazed one if it's within the budget. Window is 122cm x 180cm wide. Can send photos.
