We have had our BiFold door seen to on two occassions by a different company and we are still having issues with it. We had the latches replaced a month or so ago and now the door will not open at all. It seems like there is an issue with the lock.We want to try someone else to see if it can be fixed once and for all please.Sorry I forgot to say that these are aluminium framed doors.
