Bathroom window replacement

We have a window in our bathroom that we would like to replace so that it is healthy homes compliant. Ideally with a timber double glazed window (but open to UPVC/Aluminium depending on price). The measurement of the current window alone is 330mm x 560mm and hoping to have something similar size but a bit flexible. Open to second hand or new windows. Cheers

Repair of two outward opening top-hinged windows
