The back door leading to the lawn has a bit of gap that is allowing water from. Rain to enter the house. I have attached a photo. Add a weather seal/strip around the door Seal the bottom weather strip with sealant. Paint the door. Let me know with a quote or if have time to come over.

Replacing Front door

I have found one fibreglass front door that needs to be installed in place of existing timber front door which is bowed and swells during afternoons. The fibreglass door is 2200 x 860 which needs to be trimmed down to 2000 x 790 to install in place of existing bowed timber front door. Also need to install the existing deadbolt on timber door to the fibreglass door.

Bay window rot repair
