Cutting a very narrow channel on concrete driveway

Cutting a 20-30mm wide, 30mm deep channel close to the edge of concrete driveway. The total length is about 6 meters. Basically this channel will work as a "vessel" of the driveway to lead very small amount but annoying ground water seepage.
