Out of 4 punters that showed interest, Bryce was the only one that had reasonable reviews. He came round promptly to look at the job and then....nothing! And I would have given him the job without looking at anyone else too. I've since worked out in this instance, which has taken me 2-3h to spec, review punters, and have the one Tracie around, that I'll probably take less time and cost me way less to do this job myself, than go though the charade of dodgy tradies and other timewasters on builde...
