Concrete step - needs re-doing

Hi, need to replace the first step of our concrete stairs. Possibly make it a 2 step instead to avoid it being too high. Current one is loose and just being held by bricks that keep it place

Bryce gave me a fair price to do this job, the best of 3 other quotes. We did have some communications issues at the beginning but once he committed he got it done on time. He did have to accommodate to my request of making it curved, he managed to find a solution although in my view I would have liked a bit more attention to the detail like the screws on the template getting transferred onto the concrete. In overall I'm satisfied with the end product, looks good and is fit for purpose
