Cut concrete for stormwater pipework

Need to cut concrete paving for installation of stormwater pit and 90mm pipe. Here are the details: - paving is brick tiles over concrete - cutting to be done along the tile grout lines, approx. 5 linear meters - a hole in the concrete foundation wall to accommodate 90mm pipe penetration - access either from the basement or via soil excavation.
