Pool surround concrete retaining wall

Need to build a solid concrete retaining wall (nice finish needed) 15m long x 1m high around pool area. Needs to be strong enough to mount Glass Balustrade pool fencing on the top. Looking for an Architectural concrete type finish. Also need to lay additional concrete paving from existing pool paying to where new wall will be installed. 15m L x 2m W.
