I have a 30m2 garage with quake damage. EQC has agreed to replace 23m2 of the floor and foundation. I need a quote to replace 23m2 slab and to replace the foundation area of the 23m2 slab at the same time. The garage is on TC2 land. This repair must comply with the latest building codes and include all the soil testing and eng fees for the TC2 foundation and floor. My insurer will require a full list of work done and proof that building code compliance was followed to convince them that the garage slab has been repaired to a suitable standard that will them to give insurance cover for the garage. Work will have to be carried out by a qualified building practioner. Thank you Grant
