Cut and remove a 60cm strip of concrete from slab in garden

I have a rectangular concrete pad (laid 30 years ago) which is total 5.5m x 3.35m x 9cm deep. I would like an estimate to cut a 60cm strip in from two edges and to include removal of the concrete please. (I wish to plant a hedge around the 2 edges along the fenceline). Do you use a concrete cutter with water to cut down on dust? I estimate the waste will weigh 722kg (?) I have a narrow driveway so a truck won't fit up it, but it's a standard length driveway to wheel a trolley/barrow down.

The jobs to be done are: 1. Knocking off or cutting off the steel injection packers and filling the holes if any, tidying up and smoothing the surface of the concrete block wall. 2. Covering the pink batts with flexible but tough building paper.
