Hole cut in concrete block wall for venting a dryer

I need a round hole cut in the concrete brick wall behind my dryer so that I can put in a vent. There's already the hole cut in the gib but not the concrete. No photos because I would have to take the dryer down off the wall and I can't be bothered doing that! As soon as available would be great. I work from home so during the day is ideal.
