2 Paving Jobs OUTLINE 1. Timeframe Immediate: Side of house gravel path with plastic pebble lock plastic grids in centre section over sewer lline to allow dual wheeled wheelbarrow access to woodshed. Dimensions to be checked onsite by tradie: >Area: --- mL x 1.58mW (grid lock: 0.58 x --- ) >Permiable Panels: Strol Pebblelock = 3-4 panels, Natural Paving: 4-5 panels >Dual wheeled barrow = wheel width= 450mm , overall width = 580mm Job 2. Later - spring/summer: Extend existing conc path to shed beside garage and down to lower garden area by either conc or wooden ramp to allow dual wheeled wheelbarrow access. Dimensions to be checked onsite by tradie: > Dimensions: 9.1m2 = L shaped: 5m x 1.24m + 1.43m x 1.8m DETAILS Job1 will require: clearing of existing ground vegetation, some levelling of the ground, installing edging (including to the central plastic grid section), laying weed control plastic or similiar, then laying appropriate base course and concrete (job 2) and (job1) pebble lock type plastic grids & decorative light coloured gravel. Plastic grids must not show through the gravel, especially after gravel setltement. For job 1 we need the path to enable easy drainlayer access to the sewer line so are proposing a central section of plastic pebble lock grids & separate weedmatting strip. We are open to suggestions as to best materials and way to proceed after tradie has seen site and spoken with us. Tradie to arrange any consents, obtain and supply all materials at our expense, do the job in a good workman-like manner and remove/recycle rubbish and the like as part of the job. Would like job 1. to done as soon as possible within reason. Job 2 can be in late spring/ early summer once the lower garden beside the stream has dried out after winter. Note the proposed cocnc path for job 2 is over a CCC 300mm dia uPVC S/W drain from the street to the stream
