Concrete pad installed for new spa (2m x 2m)

We have a new spa pool coming in early June and require a concrete pad to be installed (1,980mm x 1,980mm) to a minimum depth of 100mm. It needs to be strong enough to handle the weight of the spa (1-3 tonnes). We will be having some landscaping work done before (clearing the existing shrubs etc) and will also need to work with the electrician for the wiring to the spa pool from the main switchboard (seperate contractor is doing this but conduit would be left for the concrete pad). Ideally, we would also like the same contractor to build the simple pergola for around the spa area - see the photo of the plan. Flexible to meet in terms of timing for a site visit to confirm scope etc. Any questions please let me know.
