Floor chase fill

We have a 4 m long x 500mm wide floor chase with new drainage in it. It is inside our house converted a bedroom to bathroom consented and passed inspection. We need the chase filled in it needs D10 steel at 300 centres tied into existing slab then plastic then filled in level to existing slab ready for floor tiles. Work is ready now.
