New spa pad needs resurfacing, repair and run off

Looking for advice re a 3.4 x 4m concrete spa pad which was completed two weeks ago and is driving me mad! There is no degree of run off so spa water sits on the pad and the whole surface is dissolving with every day that passes. It's a mess. I've had to empty the new spa already and want this to be resolved before I refill. I really can't afford to be redoing the whole pad! 😔 Ideally you would be able to do a site visit this week and start soon after so please only reply if you have the capacity to do this.
