Cut a small section of concrete

There is a roughly 1m long section of wobbly edge of concrete which needs to be cut straight in a line. ( See pic for details ) It would be a small job for someone with the tools if you are in the area. Can see I could get concrete cutters for hire for $69, which is an option but prefer if someone with the tools can get the job done in a short time.
