Concrete repair

Hi, I have an external , covered deck that I am removing the old deck and putting down a new one. But when I removed the old deck I have found some cracked and crumbling concrete that was put down when the existing deck was expanded. I am not good with concrete so need someone to come and take back the concrete until it is good and pour some new concrete to repair it. There is very little load on it but needs to be done somewhat properly, so here I am!
