Concrete pad between fence and footpath

We need concrete pad laid between our boundary fence and our footpath. Approx 5.5m long x 0.7m wide x 0.1m deep. This concrete pad will need to be deeper at each end to support a pergola leg (ie 400mm x 400mm x 400mm section at each end). Refer attached diagram.
