Concrete pillar removal/alteration

Two waist high concrete pillars sit at the entrance of our driveway. New wood fencing has been built overtop. The driveway is too narrow and I'd like these pillars removed/ or widened (depending on recommendation of contractor). We intend on installing a gate upon completion. Looking for a quote to either remove fully or cut so the driveway entry is widened.
