Floor and foundation replacement

My 42 sq meter garage needs foundation and concrete floor replacing. The floor and garage was damaged during the chch earth quake. The new floor and foundation will have to be suitable for TC2 land, built to the latest building code. The Garage is in Somerfield. The structural part of the garage is not to be renewed, so need to be lifted up and then lowered back onto the new floor and foundation. Thanks
