My dog sometimes digs along the fence line to get at a neighbours cat. I thought maybe a line of concrete could be poured at the base of my fence so that he can't dig under. My total property size is 750sqm but the actual fence line that requires the concrete barrier is maybe only 1/3rd of the property (just the backyard).
