Driveway and Patio Cracks

I have just had my driveway cut where there were cracks from earthquake damage. I would like a price please to fill where the concrete cutter wasn't able to get to. I would also like a separate quote to repaint and reseal if needed thanks. The driveway is 4560mm wide with a new cut but can still see the crack below the cut with an approx 300mm crack that veered off the new cutline. The patio is 2450mm wide with a new cut line that you can still see the crack below the cut line. This has a 500mm crack one side and another 400mm crack the other side of the new cut line and a separate crack about 500mm diagonally across one corner
