Backyard Footpath

The end goal is a tiled footbath in the backyard. The area is 26.4 square meters by my calculation. The length is 22 meters and the width is 1.2 meters. There is currently yellow brick on the sand which needs to be removed (we can do this if easier). We require a cement foundation for tiles which will be Saturn Nero Rock --- . If you can only do the cement that is fine. I need the brick removal and cement done within the next 14 days. Thank you
