A currently grassed area in front of a flat on a rear section requires excavation and concrete placement with exposed ag finish . Required area is fully bounded by existing concrete kerbing , so no boxing required. Care will need to be taken with any excavation machinery because of adjacent concrete driveway. Rebar/mesh will be a necessity as area is to be used for vehicle parking by tenants. Estimated area 19-20m2
