Small Concreting Jobs -- Floor Vent Holes

Filling vent holes where underfloor heating system used to be. -- The vent holes are above the garage, so they need to be filled in a way that will make them safe to walk on when new carpet is laid. Would prefer NOT to have to screw wood on the underside as a permanent measure... There are 6 holes to fill, all with the garage directly below. Also a small concreting job outside near our laundry door to direct water towards some newly laid drains. Some levelling will be required to make sure water runs in the right direction.
